Sonoma County Fair Pictures

The girls went twice on this roller coaster. I love these pictures, mainly because when I was watching them I could not stop laughing. Their facial expressions were hilarious and they were having so much fun I couldn't help but laugh. And I'm so glad I caught them on camera.

Sitting pretty at the hall of lowers. I love the flowers behind them. I think they are dalias which I might make as my favorite flower now. They had red and white ones that looked like fireworks...too cool.

Of course Rachel was there too, but mommy forgot to take any of Rachel... :-((( She did great though!

Oh Deer!

The girls favorite animal to pet at the petting zoo is the deer since they get to see them all the time but not touch them.

The girls absolutely love the fair....I mean the rides at the fair. And maybe the junk food. We met up with my friend Ginger and her boys and took the kids to the Sonoma County Fair on Monday. The kids couldn't wait to go on the rides and as you can see they hardly had any fun at all........

Hannah's 5th Birthday

Hannah loves to eat crab, not imitation crab, the real deal. So for her 5th birthday dinner she got a crab. Unfortunately she had been sick for 7 days including the day of her birthday so her appetite wasn't all that great. But she enjoyed playing with "Mr. Crabby" before she got a couple of bites down.
Our poor little birthday girl with a 101 fever trying to smile for mommy after receiving her flowers.
The following weekend we celebrated with some friends at the swim center. From left to right: Hannah, Katrina, Liberty, and Paris

33

I am once again double digits. Doesn't feel too different than 32 or 31. Funny how that works. Tonight my family took me to Johnny Garlics for a birthday dinner then celebrated with a little fruit basket cake at home. Here is all of us at the restaurant. Happy Birthday to me! Big thank yous to my family whom I love deeply.

Train Town Sonoma

Hannah and the "door greeter"My mom and I took a drive to Sonoma to visit my great aunt Pat and introduce her to the baby. After the visit we stopped at Train Town and let the kids go for a ride on the train. Their destination? The petting zoo. Since the animals are used to getting fed by the people, they were a little agressive at the fence. One sheep looked as if he was continuously waving to get food.

Summer Carnival

These are their friends Serena and Savannah.

This is Elena almost to the top!

This little church nearby puts on this great summer carnival for kids for FREE every summer. They have multiple jumphouses, a rock climbing wall, a magic show, and games and of course, lots of sugar filled treats. The kids had a blast. Elena won a pie at the "cake walk" game. Hannah ate 2 or 3 snow cones which I think is what she talked about the most. They said that their favorite thing was the rock wall. The only unfortunate thing was that it was about 99 degrees outside. But the sprinklers were also on that day so they were able to get wet.
